Shipping policy

 

We ship our orders via Hellenic Post or DHL Express courier. That means that if you place an order from a remote area or a country where DHL or Hellenic Post do not operate, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping rates are calculated depending on the total weight of your order. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Pure Greek is not responsible for delays due to customs. The company cannot be held responsible for delays or cost that are due to incorrect details given by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
