Shipping & Returns
We only ship our orders via Hellenic Post and DHL Express courier. That means that if you place an order from a remote area or a country where Hellenic Post or DHL do not operate, your order will be cancelled.
Shipping rates are calculated depending on the total weight of your order. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Pure Greek is not responsible for delays due to customs. The company cannot be held responsible for delays or cost that are due to incorrect details given by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & ExchangesPLEASE contact us first before sending your return back.
In order to receive a refund/exchange you should make sure that: items are clean, unworn and in a resalable state.
We won’t be able to complete your refund/exchange if you can’t meet these requirements
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and postal method.
Money refunds take place within 14 days from the reception by the company of the goods returned. Refunds/exchanges do not include the handling fees. Your return will cost 5€ if you have placed your order within the EU and 8€ for the rest of the world. This will be deducted from the refund that you will receive. Please note that the handling fee will not be refunded if you kept items from the original order.
The refund will be done through the same method as the initial payment.
